Natalie

Before I was an inventor, I was a pet lover. Pets have always been an important part of our family, especially our cats. I also love Christmas, and for our family it is a special time for making cherished memories. But every year it was always something different. One year we took in a stray cat only to have it actually "nest" inside our Christmas tree for the entire holidays only coming out when we were not around. Another year, we were constantly worried about our ferret getting hurt by climbing so high in the tree. We tried all kinds of remedies, but nothing worked and Christmas became stressful in our attempts to keep our beloved pets safe. Sadly, one year we lost one of our dear cats from injuries she sustained in the Christmas tree.

I invented the Christmas Tree Defender so that pet lovers, my family included, can have a stress-free holiday and make cherished memories with their pets. We've set out to provide peace of mind so pet owners can enjoy a beautiful tree adorned with decorations, without the usual pet worries. If you are tired of keeping your cats out of your Christmas tree unsuccessfully and want to enjoy all of Christmas with your tree and your pets, then Christmas Tree Defender is perfect for you! Your Christmas Tree Defender is also your Potted Plant Protector. Our product can stop your small pets or cats from digging into the soil of your potted plant, thereby destroying them. Here are just a few of the benefits:

  • 1.) Keep Cats and other Pets from Climbing up your Christmas Tree
  • 2.) 48" diameter when assembled can be adjusted to fit any Christmas Tree or Potted Plant
  • 3.) Helps Keep your Pets from Chewing on Wires
  • 4.) Protects your Keepsake Ornaments
  • 5.) Contains Flame Retardant Additive
  • 6.) Reusable Year After Year
  • 7.) Easy to Assemble

I love the Christmas Tree Defender. With 8 cats it was a constant battle each years. When the cats realized they couldn't get inside the tree to play, they completely ignored the tree. No more tree crashes in the middle of the night or swiping up broken Christmas ornaments. A must have for any pet owner. :)

I just wanted you to know that I am a big fan of the Christmas tree defender. I used to have such a problem during the holiday season keeping my cat Sydney away from the tree. But last year my worries ended when I assembled and installed the Christmas tree defender. Gone were my fears of fallen and broken ornaments, or more importantly, an injured Sydney. Both Syd and the tree made it through the entire season safe and intact. This year I bought one for my nephew and his cat, Bytes. Thanks for a wonderful product that really lives up to its name.

After 18 years with the same even tempered and calm cats, we adopted two adorable kittens! Their first Christmas rolled around and we put up our artificial tree...within days we began to see Bella about a foot from the top of the tree peering out among the lights and ornaments! She thoroughly enjoyed the Holidays...we did not! Sometime after the tree came down and before we put it up again the following year we saw an ad for your Christmas Tree Defender. I thought it was worth a try and I ordered one! Who knew??? It worked perfectly...the cats were annoyed, but we humans were thrilled. I can't thank you enough for your amazing product.

  • You can train your cat to sleep when you do!

    November 27, 2015
It is important to understand that cats are naturally nocturnal animals. That means, they sleep during the day and are active (hunting) at night. Humans are diurnal, meaning we typically are awake during the daytime and sleep at night. The aim is to re-train your cat to follow a similar sleep ...
